Function:
To realise Laboratory and Full Scale Tests:
- Standard certification tests (NBS, OSU) of aviation equipment (LBA test centre)
- Fire detection and suppression tests in cargo-compartments (1:1 Airbus A340 model)
- Burn-through tests with an Airbus fuselage model (1:1)
- Conflagration tests in 2,5 sq.m up to 200 sq.m fire pools
- Several specific test rigs for material and extinction tests
