Presentation submission
The duration of regular presentations is expected to be no longer than 20 - 30 min including Q & A (the actual time allotment for talks will be set in the conference program). Plenary talks will be limited to ~ 40 - 45 min.
The presentations should be prepared in English, in MS Word Power Point format.
Submission of your presentation in advance is an option that will help us to facilitate the conference business. If you send us your presentation until Apr 6, 2011, we will transfer it to the conference laptop and check its compatibility. Nevertheless, if you prefer to bring your own laptop or USB stick with the last-minute updated version, you are welcome as well.
Note: talks on data CD must be copied to flash drives prior to presentations. LCD projector coupled with a PC will be used as a standard presentation setup.
Important: if your presentation requires any non-standard projection means, such as DVD or VCR player, overhead projector, etc. - please, notify the organizers (Hans-Albert Eckel) with your abstract submission. We need to know about such needs ahead of time in order to provide them. We cannot guarantee accommodation of any non-standard projection/presentation media needs if we are not notified in a timely manner as described above.
Note: no paper - no podium policy will be enforced by session chairs, please, submit your papers in a timely manner.
