Strategy and International Relations

The main department Strategy and International Relations (VO-ST) supports the board of directors in shaping DLR orientation and its implementation. The foreign affairs policy of DLR and the designing of the European Space Policy are included. VO-ST consists of three departments:

  • Strategy and Alliances (ST-SV)
  • International Cooperation (ST-IZ)
  • European Space Politics and Special Affairs (ST-ER)

The daily work is carried out in cooperation with institutes and facilities of DLR, with Space Administration within DLR as well as with all other partners nationally and internationally.
