On Sunday, 22 September 2013, the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR) together with its partners – the European Space Agency ESA, Cologne/Bonn Airport and the German Air Force (Luftwaffe) – is once again celebrating German Aerospace Day at its site in Cologne. On this day, the research institutes will open their doors and introduce visitors to what they do and how they work.
The ILA Berlin Air Show is one of the most important European aerospace trade fairs. From 11 to 16 September, at ILA 2012, the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR) will be showcasing the future of aerospace. DLR is the largest institutional exhibitor at this year's ILA and will be presenting itself on a stand measuring over 600 square metres in the 'Space & Aeronautic World'.
