Please use the form below to apply for the #ILAtweetup. The #ILAtweetup will take place on Friday, 14 September 2012, from 10:00 to 18:00 at the ILA Berlin Air Show. Registration opens Friday, 20 July, and will remain open until Friday, 03 August, at 12:00 CEST (10:00 UT).
The #ILAtweetup is jointly hosted by German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the European Space Agency (ESA). The number of participants is limited to 50. Additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list. Registration is for one person only and is non-transferable. Please do not submit multiple applications. Please note that neither DLR nor ESA will cover travel, accomodation or food expenses. All registrants must be at least 18 years old. The tweetup will be held in English.
Once all applications have been processed, an e-mail with confirmation information and additional instructions will be sent to those selected and those on the waiting list no later than 15 August. Please allow us time to process all applications. If you are invited, you will have to confirm your participation by Friday, 17 August, at 12:00 CEST (10:00 UT). Confirmation is binding.
