ILA Berlin Air Show 2014

DLR at ILA 2014

The ILA Berlin Air Show is one of the most important European aerospace trade fairs. From 20 to 25 May, at ILA 2014, the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR) will be showcasing the future of aerospace. DLR is the largest institutional exhibitor at this year's ILA and will be presenting itself on a stand measuring over 600 square metres in the 'Space & Aeronautic World’ (Hall 4). DLR will be showcasing its work with the spectacular aircraft in its research fleet on the open air exhibition grounds. Examples are the fuel cell powered Airbus A320 ATRA, the Antares DLR-H2 motor glider, the Falcon 20 E aircraft for atmospheric research, Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, converted into a flying auditorium and the flying helicopter simulator EC-135 FHS. DLR will also be providing information about interesting career prospects in the aerospace sector at the ILA CareerCenter (from 23 to 25 May, Hall 5).
