Boosting future technologies
In our internal ‘Competition of Visions’, we are on the lookout for new ways of thinking about aeronautics, spaceflight, energy, transport, security and digitalisation that could be a reality within 20 years. We will support your research with additional funds. Our DLR idea competitions focus on exciting development proposals on a given subject. Not only do we award the most promising ideas – the DLR Technology Marketing team will gradually develop them and work with partners in industry – and you – to find the best way to turn them into innovative products. This has already produced a new type of humidity gauge, which originated as a product sketch at DLR; other promising projects are currently in the development and marketing phases.
