Jupiter's moon, Europa: An ocean under the crust?

The picture gives an example of how the planetary researchers imagine the internal structure of Jupiter's moon, Europa, to be. Above the metal iron and nickel core and the mantle shown in brown and under the ice crust could be one or two hundred kilometres of a mighty ocean of water. The individual layers of the shell are shown to scale.
