Climbing experts have lowered a long rope from the centre of the Gasometer's roof. The north pole of the Moon balloon has been attached to this and then raised a little. At the same time, a blower that is built into the upper polar cap feeds air into the balloon. The volume of the Moon thus slowly increases.
