A globe showing sea-level change on display in the space pavilion at ILA, the Berlin air show. Satellite data provide the most accurate and best calibrated long-term observations of changes in sea-level height to improve the stability, accuracy and consistency of records. This globe is based on data from the European Remote Sensing satellites ERS-1 and ERS-2.
