DLR’s Stuttgart site is on the campus of the University of Stuttgart-Vaihingen, on the southern fringes of the city. It can be reached by the following modes of transport:
By train
Alight at Stuttgart Hbf (accessible by ICE). Take the local train (S-Bahn) towards Herrenberg, or the airport (Flughafen), alighting at the Universität station, then follow the DLR signs; it will take a further ten minutes on foot.
By car

From Stuttgart-Echterdingen airport, take the train towards Stuttgart Hbf, alighting at the Universität station, then follow the DLR signs; alternatively, take a taxi (journey time approx. 30 mins).
