Procurement and Compliance
DLR is committed to adhering to legal provisions and internal company regulations, which is referred to as compliance.
Internal regulations include upholding human rights, labour standards, health protection, environmental protection and combatting corruption. DLR also sets out values that apply across DLR such as respect, appreciation, tolerance, team spirit, honesty, transparency and acceptance.
In accordance with its compliance, DLR publishes EU calls for tender in the areas of construction, services and supplies as well as IT services electronically via the e-tendering platform ELVIS. The platform is used to handle the entire procurement process, from the announcement through to the awarding of the contract.
