Topping-out ceremony of the new research facility :envihab

New research facility :envihab on the DLR campus in Cologne

On 27 June 2012, the Institute of Aerospace Medicine of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) will celebrate the topping-out ceremony of the new research facility :envihab together with invited guests from research, business and politics, on the DLR campus in Cologne.

With :envihab, a project of the "Regionale 2010", the Institute of Aerospace Medicine expands his duties. Large studies, on humans as well, should be conducted in an international alliance in a complex and tightly controlled scientific quality.

To implement this unique research facility, the Institute of Aerospace Medicine of the DLR works together with new partners in sciences, business and industry, in order to open up innovative applications by new collaborations.
