Exhibit



A banner in the stairwell with a mosaic derived from Landsat 7 ETM+, IRS-P6 LISS-IV and HyMap data attracts attention at the Demmin district administration building
Since February 1, 2006 there has been an exhibit at the Demmin district administration building (Landratsamt), am Hanseufer 3, about the use of remote sensing in agriculture and about the long-term test site DEMMIN. The agricultural measurement network installed there was financed by the EU LEADER+ Initiative. A model of the European environmental satellite Envisat and an agrometeorological station complete the small exhibit.

The exhibit is open to the public, and descriptions can also be downloaded from this Web site, see links at right.
