Structural Mechanics
Main focus is the development of efficient software which can be integrated within the overall calculation procedure. Therefore fast numerical tools are available at an early development stage within a concurrent/integrated engineering concept. Special methods for the simulation based design and the life cycle modelling are developed for aero space structures, which are increasingly requested by auto motive industrial applications as well.
