Maintenance

The team supports operation of the electric and electronic equipment of DLR aircrafts.
It is part of the LBA-approved LTB (aeronautical workshop) and EB (design organisation) and is responsible for

maintenance and repair
inspection and release for flight
development of design changes

of all electric and electronic aircraft equipment.

Additional tasks are

maintenance of all test devices used by the LTB for electric, electronic and pitot-static systems
support of computer software used by the LTB to plan and monitor maintenance and repair activities
