The „Logistics and Acquisition“ team consists of three persons and has various tasks in the fields of mission control, logistics for aircrafts and the complete air services at DLR Braunschweig.
It is the primary point of contact for our customers and will coordinate customer requirements with all parts of DLR Flight Operations which are concerned. Quotations for our customers will be made, too.
To plan the necessary resources and optimize flight test missions, joint mission controlling of the services at Oberpfaffenhofen and Braunschweig is performed. This includes staff, providers of research tools and additional equipment that can be used by our customers with the full support of the DLR Flight Operations.
We will also take care of material flow and necessary permissions from local authorities for national and international flight test campaigns. Many years of experience with worldwide flight campaigns will guarantee an excellent logistic service at any location in the world.
The team also coordinates the public relation service of the DLR Flight Department Braunschweig.
