Gulfstream G550 / D-ADLR

The Gulfstream G550 "HALO", D-ADLR, is a Twin Jet aircraft with a pressurized cabin and the newest member of the Oberpfaffenhofen based fleet. "HALO" stands for "High Altitude LOngrange". Due of its unique modifications and features as well as its superior performance "HALO" is qualified to serve as an ideal multipurpose platform for scientific instrumentation.

Dassault Falcon 20 / D-CMET

The Mystere Falcon 20 E5, D-CMET, is a Twin Jet aircraft with a pressurized cabin. Due to its unique modifications and features the DLR Falcon is qualified to serve as an ideal multipurpose platform for scientific instrumentation.

Dornier DO228-212 / D-CFFU

The Dornier DO228-212, D-CFFU, is a Twin Turboprop aircraft with a non-pressurized cabin. It is mainly used for remote sensing as well as for naval- and atmospheric research.

Cessna C 208B / D-FDLR

The DLR owned Cessna C-208B Grand Caravan, D-FDLR, is a single engine turboprop with a non-pressurized cabin. Due to numerous modifications the aircraft is an efficient low cost platform for airborne research.
