The prices indicated are per room per night and include breakfast, service and VAT.
Hotel reservation confirmation will be handled by CMT ConTour GmbH, as well as the confirmation for participation in the symposium by fax or e-mail.
Methods of Payment
The registration form should be returned to CMT ConTour with the appropriate payment enclosed. All payment due for registration, hotel deposit and dinner must be in Euro and made payable to CMT ConTour GmbH. The following methods of payment are acceptable:
Credit card payment
American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. We need the name, the card number with proof number, the date of expiration and your signature (see the Registration Form).
Bank transfer
Please type or write CMT ConTour GmbH, the bank name, account number, bank code,"9th IAA-Symposium" and name of participant on the bank transfer form.Please send a copy of the bank’s receipt for remittance with your Registration Form in order to verify payment.
Any bank charges will be borne by participants.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation should be made by writing to CMT ConTour, and the refund will be processed according to the following policies:
