CATS Symposium
A social and climate compatible air transport system is required to ensure a sustainable development of commercial aviation. The assessment of options to reduce the climate impact from aviation by new technologies and operations represents a complex problem involving many aspects from different fields of air traffic. It thus requires expert knowledge in the various disciplines, adequate model simulation and experimental resources to assesses the impact of different mitigation options.
