This black-and-white image of Deuteronilus Mensae was captured on 14 March 2005 (orbit number 1483) by the DLR-operated High-Resolution Stereo Camera (HRSC) onboard ESA's Mars Express with a ground resolution of approximately 29 metres per pixel. The image was derived form the nadir channel which provides the highest detail of all channels.
