From 24 to 28th April 2017 the Astrobiological Science Conference 2017 is held in Mesa, Arizona. The main topic is “Diverse Life and its Detection on Different Worlds” as Mars and icy worlds in our solar system are increasingly recognized as habitable. Scientists focus on the detection of life and on matters of geochemistry, biochemistry, biomarkers in anaerobic ecosystems, biogeochemical cycles on water worlds, biosignatures on exoplanets and astrobiology outreach.
The MASE team attends the conference and will present different talks, including several staff members of the DLR Institute of Aerospace Medicine.
