Development of applications for portable NMR equipment in space medicine: Within a virtual institute "Portable NMR" of the Helmholtz Assiciation we lead the subgroup "Space Medicine". Mobile NMR-instruments from materials science, using permanent magnets, are adapted for deepth selective fluid meassurenments in human skin and immaging in arms and legs.
