The physiological effects of whole body vibration (WBV) training have been subject of several studies during the last decade. When vibration is added to an isometric or dynamic muscle load, the leg muscles react with an increase in EMG activity and an increase in energy turn-over. It is also recorded that the post exercise reactive hyperaemia by WBV showed a positive correlation between the increase in blood flow and the vibration load defined as the maximum velocity during vibration movement.
It will be investigated that the effect of vibration on the venous blood ejection. The tests will be conducted in different physical conditions and different directions of vibrations. The examiner will take only noninvasive measurements like surface electromyography, Near Infrared Spectroscopy, Ultrasound monitoring, strain gauge measurement.
