National Contact Point (NCP) for EU-Research in Aeronautics in Germany
The German National Contact Point has been established to intensify the collaboration between different funding programmes for aeronautical research on european, national and "Länder" basis and participating partners. The coordinator for Aeronautics and Space from the Federal ministry of economy and technology has gelegated the implementation of this initiative to the programm management office, hosted by the DLR, to plan and prepare research activities funded by the EU.

GARTEUR - Group for Aeronautical Research and Technology in Europe
GARTEUR is an independent organisation for aeronautics research collaboration in Europe. It is based on a governmental agreement (MoU) between European Nations with major research and test capabilities in aeronautics. According to its MoU, GARTEUR aims to conduct an informal dialogue on national and European research projects on a regular basis as well as to define and realise complemental research projects. To ensure a balanced benefit for the member states, the national responsibilty for assistance measures receives priority.

AirTN - Air Transport Net
The Project Management Agency for Aeronautics Research (PT-LF) is the coordinator of the Air Transport Net (AirTN), which is supported by the European Commission within the 6th and 7th Framework Program.
