The vision of DLR’s Quality and Product Assurance Department is to meet the highest expectations with regard to the quality of research, management and infrastructure. The quality management system has been established in 2001 and certified in 2003. It forms the basic part of DLR’s quality policy. Quality assurance of our research results, products, and services is meanwhile a standard. DLR’s Quality Management Representative is responsible for the quality system, its compliance, and its further development.
