DLR Quality Management

Our Activities:

• Our central task is the conceptualization, preparation, and maintenance of DLR’s quality management system together with its subsystems within its institutes/establishments.
• We provide professional consulting services and support to the institutes/establishments in the development and enhancement of their QM systems.
• We provide advice and suggestions concerning the performance of our quality management related tasks to those responsible within the quality management system. 
• We develop, coordinate, and maintain consistent procedures for institutes, establishments, and program directorates, e.g. measurement control, customer satisfaction supervision, or non-conformance handling and reporting.
• We support the Permanent Working Group of Quality Representatives.
• We perform audits. These audits pre-emptively help us to prevent non-conformities in long term and document the consistency of the described procedures with the actual practice.
• We offer and run training courses concerning quality management within DLR’s institutes and establishments.
