As in the private industry, customers have requirements concerning the services and products of DLR as well as the particular DLR unit involved. To ensure that the quality of our products and services is adapted to specific customers and requirements, DLR has established a decentralized quality management system (QMS); since April 14, 2003, our management process has been certified according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 by BVQI (Bureau Veritas).
