Quality and Product Assurance within DLRThe vision of DLR’s Quality and Product Assurance Department is to meet the highest expectations with regard to the quality of research, management, and infrastructure. The quality management system has been established in 2001 and initially certified in 2003. The balance between the base system and the management systems of the institutes and establishments forms the core of DLR’s quality policy. Quality assurance of our research results, products, and services is setting the standards for our company’s competitiveness. DLR’s Quality Management Representative is responsible for the quality system, compliance with it, and its continuous improvement.
