Auf BEXUS 10 fliegen drei Experimente mit: I-BATE (ISU Balloon Air Traffic Control Experiment) von der International Space University Strasbourg testet den Empfang von Telemetriedaten der Flugzeuge im näheren Umfeld des Forschungsballons. Das Instrument CASS-E (Cranfield Astrobiological Stratospheric Sampling Experiment) von Studenten der Universität Cranfield untersucht die Stratosphäre auf das Vorhandensein von organischem Material. SCRAT (Spherical Compact Rechargeable Air Thruster), ein Experiment der Universität Padua, erprobt einen Kaltgasantrieb, bei dem durch den Auslass von komprimierter Luft Antriebskraft erzeugt wird.
