Individual Covenant between DLR, Germany and NEAL, Algeria: On May 27, 2010, has been signed a Cooperation Agreement between the German Aerospace Center DLR and the New Energy Algeria NEAL. This agreement is to regulate the cooperation between the partners within the framework of the enerMENA project . Objective of the project is to enable the Algerian partners to build their own capacities within the CSP field, and to disseminate CSP information. Algeria's renewable energy agency NEAL (New Energy ALgeria) was established by the Algerian government and Algeria's national energy companies to encourage domestic production, use, and export of renewable energy.
