Cooperation Agreement between DLR, Germany, and MEMEE, Morocco
A Cooperation Agreement between the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the Moroccan Ministry of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment (MEMEE) has been signed on June 11, 2010.
Framework for the enerMENA project
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the cooperation between DLR and MEMEE within the framework of the enerMENA project. Objectives of the cooperation are technical capacity building, transfer of expert knowledge to educational institutions and dissemination of CSP information.
Local coordinators
Under the umbrella of MEMEE, the Moroccan Solar Energy Agency MASEN, in cooperation with the National Office of Electricity (ONE) and the Agency for Development of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ADEREE), is the local coordinator of enerMENA activities in Morocco.
