Background of CSPD-COMISJO

The CSPD-COMISJO project analyses the potential of concentrating solar thermal power technology for the desalination of sea and brackish water for three locations in the Israel and Jordan. For each site the solar potential will be measured using on-site meteorological stations and satellite derived data. Different salinities and insolations might favour different technologies.
