Precision Manufacturing

Based on construction drawings, the individual components are manufactured and assembled into the completed product. After successful quality assurance, the product is then handed over to the customer in fully operational condition.

Manufacturing techniques available at SHT for this purpose include:

CNC milling and turning
Eroding
Joining techniques
Processing fibre-composite materials
Sample production of eight-layer circuit boards
Manufacturing of circuit boards to EU standard (lead-free) as well as to ESA and NASA standards
Circuit board assembly incl. SMD technology
