The Institute of Transport Research is helping to provide answers to the question "How can the proportion of electric cars be significantly increased?" The Institute's specific research contribution relates to questions of acceptance, usage options and the actual use of electrically powered vehicles. The aim is to understand what motives and needs private individuals as well as companies have when purchasing and using vehicles.
