High Performance Computing is a key enabler for the numerical simulation of aerodynamics and multidisciplinary simulation as well as optimization of aircraft /spacecraft vehicles and their components. The essential need of tailored HPC-systems in aerospace requires a close cooperation of the application side with providers of these systems.
This year the HPCN-Workshop will be held virtually in two afternoon sessions on consecutive days. DLR, aerospace academia and industries will present their research and projects in the scope of the workshop, ranging from future topics like Quantum Computing to today’s large-scale HPC-applications in aerospace focusing on performance and scalability aspects. Hard- and software providers of HPC-systems will present their latest developments.
Wednesday, June 16
Thursday, June 17
The workshop is open for DLR staff and close partners from academia and industries.
The participation is free of charge.
Registration is open until June, 11.
