Getting there
Arrival by public transport
From Paradies train station (entire journey approximately 10 minutes)
- Walk to Paradiesbahnhof West station and take tram 2 (bound for Winzerla).
- Exit the tram at the next stop, Felsenkeller.
- Cross the street at the lights and walk along the street marked An der Brauerei.
- This street runs into Felsenkellerstraße.
- Turn left into Mälzerstraße and continue to Mälzerstraße 3, which is on the left-hand side.
- From Jena West (entire journey approximately 25 minutes).
- From Westbahnhofstraße continue onto Hohe Straße.
- Turn right onto Rathenaustraße and continue to the T-junction.
- Turn right and walk uphill on Felsenkellerstraße.
- Turn left into Mälzerstraße and continue to Mälzerstraße 3, which is on the left-hand side.
Arrival by car
Motorway A4 (from the direction of Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin, Dresden, Nuremberg and Munich)
- At the Hermsdorfer interchange, take the A4 in the direction of Frankfurt am Main/Erfurt.
- From the A4, take the Stadtrodaer Straße (B88) in the Jena city centre/Naumburg direction.
- After roughly six kilometres turn left onto Knebelstraße and then continue along Vor dem Neutor.
- At the roundabout go straight ahead and continue along Kahlaische Straße.
- After roughly 300 metres, turn right onto An der Brauerei and continue along Felsenkellerstraße.
- Turn left onto Markgrafenstraße and continue to Markgrafenstraße 3, which is on the left-hand side.
Arrival by air
The nearest airport is in Erfurt. From there you can take the train to the West train station in Jena. From Leipzig-Halle Airport you can take a train to Paradies station in Jena.
