PROMETEO test facility at Plataforma Solar de Almería
On the research side, the Spanish organisation CIEMAT (Centro de Investigaciones Energéticas, Medioambientales y Tecnológicas) – owner of the PROMETEO test facility – has contributed to improving the efficiency of solar power plants over two decades in cooperation with DLR. Plataforma Solar de Almería is owned by the Spanish research centre CIEMAT.
