The FLUMIAS experiment will investigate the cytoskeleton and nuclei of live human immune cells. The Live Cell Imaging method uses special dyes or fluorescent protein markers to highlight specific cell structures. In this image the blue cell nuclei can easily be distinguished within the overall cellular structure.
