The new and one of a kind luna training environment facility has been opened on 25th September 2024.
Our institute is proud to be part of this great endeavor by providing our expertise on spacecraft system engineering and our EDEN LUNA (former EDEN ISS operated in Antarctica for five years) bio-regenerative life support system for higher plants with its robotic arm and CROP system. The EDEN LUNA team joined the inauguration “on the moon”. EDEN LUNA plant growth facility is planned to be connected to LUNA via the habitation module. This provides the ideal “day on the moon” simulation.
