Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming MEP Niels Geuking to our institute. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss current developments and future prospects in space research. Topics included technological innovations, European cooperation, and the importance of applied research for the future of space exploration. 🌍🛰️
This also included insights into CALLISTO from Etienne Dumont, as well as a tour of our laboratories led by Dr. Lars Witte and Prof. Dr. Daniel Schubert.
The visit once again demonstrated how important dialogue between the research community, policymakers, and society is for driving innovation and actively shaping the future of European space exploration.
