HAVEit Final Event (21 to 22 June 2011)

On June 21 an 22, 2011 the HAVEit Final Event is taking place in Borås (Sweden). The EU sponsored R&D project HAVEit conducts research into the potential of automated driving by using cutting-edge, networked technologies to prevent accidents, to support drivers and to reduce environmental impact. In HAVEit 17 European partners from the automotive and supply sector as well as from the scientific community, including Continental, Volvo, Volkswagen and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) are working together. The findings of the three-year development project will be presented by seven research vehicles on a Volvo test track in Borås (Sweden).
