NAVITEC 2022 - 5-7. April 2022

We are happy to be part of this year NAVITEC conference taking place from April 5-7. NAVITEC 2022 is the 10th edition of the navigation conference.

NAVITEC 2022 is hosted by ESA in coordination with CNES, DLR, and the Bundeswehr University Munich. It provides an open forum for space and terrestrial satellite navigation technology designers, developers, integrators, users, universities and agency representatives. The conference focuses on navigation technologies and techniques leading to significant enhancement of the user performance, enablers for future applications, and solutions for challenging environments. The topics are organized in 6 tracks. Each track will contain technical sessions and one panel with invited internationally recognized experts.

The Galileo Competence Center is represented in the third track "Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) Resilience and Security", on Thursday, April 7, with three topics.

First, Laura Agazzi will present a novel robust and precise timing facility for the Galileo system (RPTF). Lukasz Greda will introduce the audience to our new interactive website "GNSS Performance Monitoring". This tool, which will be online available for all interested parties as of May, will allow users to compare the performance of different GNSS at a glance.

The complex COMPASSO project will be explained by Stefan Schlüter. His presentation focuses on the description and objectives of this mission on the International Space Station (ISS).

Unfortunately, only registered guests can participate in the online conference. Should you be interested in the topics presented by the GK you can find further content here on our website. For more on the Navitec 2022 visit Navitec 22
