PLUTO
PLUTO (Payload under test orbiter) is a 6U CubeSat technology demonstration mission in form of a 6U Cubesat. Its main objective is the in-orbit verification and operation of different novel technologies and space components.
GSDR
A mutual cooperation with UARX Space to support their in-orbit transportation services with the RY-AVS Generic Software-Defined Radio (GSDR) for flexible communication architectures.
Wireless Compose 2
ReFEx
The Reusability Flight Experiment (ReFEx) is a technology demonstrator for future winged reusable stages. The model shows ReFEx in its re-entry configuration after being released from its launch vehicle
CALLISTO
CALLISTO is a reusable VTVL stage demonstrator. CALLISTO is jointly operated by DLR, JAXA and CNES designed, built and tested. Notable characteristics - compared to conventional consumable launchers – are CALLISTO's landing system and its aerodynamic control surfaces.
S2TEP (closed)
The micro satellite platform S2TEP will allow DLR to independently carry out technology experiments in the space environment.
Wireless Compose (abgeschlossen)
Immortal (completed)
This project has received funding from the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme for research, technological development and demonstration under grant agreement no 644905.
MaMMoTH-Up (completed)
MaMMoTH-Up represents a permanent adaptable experiment opportunity located on the ARIANE5 (A5) Vehicle Equipment Bay.
