25.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 158 (PIA20880)
An area along the rim of the crater at the center of this view has collapsed, producing a lobe-shaped feature where the material settled. The image is centered at approximately 52 degrees north latitude, 316 degrees east longitude.

23.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 156 (PIA20878)
NASA's Dawn spacecraft spied this relatively smooth area of Ceres' surface, which includes the feature named Dalien Tholus -- a dome-shaped feature visible in top right quadrant of the image. The image is centered at approximately 2.5 degrees north latitude, 4.3 degrees east longitude.
Full article
22.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 155 (PIA20877)
NASA's Dawn spacecraft captured this tortured landscape just south of Ghanan Crater on Ceres. The image is centered at approximately 70 degrees north latitude, 31 degrees east longitude.
Full article
19.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 154 (PIA20876)
NASA's Dawn spacecraft captured this view, which shows a relatively young crater with smooth walls and a sharp rim. The crater, which has a prominent central ridge, is imprinted upon the rim of the larger Datan Crater, which lies toward the lower right.
Full article
18.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 153 (PIA20875)
NASA's Dawn spacecraft obtained this view of shadowed craters near Ceres' north pole. Ceres has only a modest tilt of a few degrees to its rotational axis, so its polar regions do not experience drastic changes in the sun's angle and length of day like Earth's extreme north and south.

17.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 152 (PIA20874)
This view of Ceres from NASA's Dawn spacecraft shows the rim of Sintana Crater (36 miles, 58 kilometers wide). Sinatana is also seen in PIA20149, an image taken from a higher altitude earlier in Dawn's mission.
Full article
16.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 151 (PIA20873)
This view from NASA's Dawn spacecraft shows terrain on Ceres centered at approximately 37 degrees south latitude, 51 degrees east longitude. Dawn took this image on May 27, 2016, from its low-altitude mapping orbit, at a distance of about 240 miles (385 kilometers) above the surface. The image resolution is 120 feet (35 meters) per pixel.

15.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 150 (PIA20872)
NASA's Dawn spacecraft looked down on Ceres' equatorial region to capture this view of intensely cratered terrain. The image is centered at approximately 3 degrees south latitude, 267 degrees east longitude, just south of Kimis Crater.

12.08.2016 - Dawn LAMO Image 149 (PIA20871)
This view shows peaks in the center of Dantu Crater (78 miles, 125 kilometers) on Ceres. Dantu is named for a Ghanan god associated with the planting of corn.
