As in previous years the Aerospace Center (DLR) opend its doors to visitors at the Long Night of Sciences. The DLR participated with in the LNOS with numerous hand-on experiments, talks, virtual demonstrations and expositions.
The German Aerospace Center (DLR) invited interested visitors to the Long Night of Sciences in Berlin and Potsdam for the 18th time. From 05:00 pm to 12:00 am visitor used the opportunity to be part of the "smartest night of the year". The German Aerospace Center (DLR) prepared a lot of exciting Programme items.
The SHT were also participating in the Long Night of Sciences. Experts answered numerous questions around the topic model making. Issues such as challanges in model making and various techniques were discussed. A special Highlight was the free-flight model. The goal of this measurement campaign was to check predicted properties of the burning of hydrogen and oxygen and the thrust generation of a future hypersoundengine.
