Developing a battery based on vanadium redox flow technology
A team of developers at the Institute of Networked Energy Systems is developing a patented battery for localised use based on vanadium redox flow technology called “ResiFlow”. The battery can be adapted for use on its own in commercial and agricultural locations.
Duration: October 2015 until December 2017
Funded by: Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) within the EXIST-Transfer of Research
Project Participants: Institute of Networked Energy Systems
The project was completed in December 2017.
