About Denise Nüssle

Denise Nüssle originally wanted to become a pilot. However, after studying aerospace engineering for two weeks, she decided that she would rather study history, political science and business administration, followed by a degree in journalism. She had always been curious about exciting stories and the people behind them. After working in regional location marketing and at a communications agency, she joined DLR in 2012. Denise lives in the Stuttgart region and was initially responsible for communications for the DLR site there. For several years now, she has been reporting on energy and transport research as a press editor, but she also regularly ventures into space topics.
