About Jens Wucherpfennig
Jens Wucherpfennig has been fascinated by aerospace since childhood. Even before studying politics and history, he began working as a journalist and was an editor for several years.
Since 2008, he has been working in the DLR communications department at the Göttingen site in his dream job: here he can combine his enthusiasm for technology with his expertise as a writer and his knowledge of the importance of history. Wucherpfennig is always committed to special topics such as the humpback whale as a model for helicopters, the replica of the Lilienthal glider or the wind machines that influence all our lives: the wind tunnels.
