Project CUSTODIAN in the media
Together with other institutes, the Institute of Technical Physics is researching technologies to render unwanted and dangerous drones harmless. This is particularly important at airports and major events.
The DLR project CUSTODIAN combines the expertise of 12 institutes in drone detection and drone defense. Various methods are being developed to locate and track drones and render unwanted drones harmless.
